Marina tenants should complete this form when subleasing their moorage space to a third party. The marina does not participate in the financial side of the sublease; however, the marina tenant cannot sublet their space at Brandt’s Landing for an amount higher than the moorage they currently pay. Subleasing your moorage does not absolve you, the marina tenant, of your financial obligation to pay your lease on time and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Brandt’s Landing Marina Customer Handbook found here. Submission of this request does not constitute an approval of the sublet. Written approval from the harbormaster to the marina tenant is required to complete the sublease agreement.
