Marina Rules and Regulations
Garbage and Recycling
The garbage and recycling containers in the marina are for tenants and marina generated byproducts ONLY.

NO TRASH FROM OUTSIDE THE MARINA IS ALLOWED.

Trash and recycling should be separated and all recycling should be non contaminated and flattened as much as possible.
Discharge of Sewage
Brandt's Landing Marina is a NO DISCHARGE ZONE and pump out facilities are not available.
No boat of any kind or size can discharge sewage waste water within the zone. All boats and vessels have to store their sewage until they can safely dispose of it at an onshore or a pumpout facility, or hold it until it can be discharged in the open ocean beyond three miles from shore.
Boat Launch
Each launch must be registered. Self-registration is available at the boat ramp and at the marina office.

Payment for launching or hauling a boat must be made PRIOR to using the boat ramp. Payment is accepted at the marina office or using prepaid tickets.
What Is The Cancellation Policy
For Transient Moorage: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of a reservation. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will be charged for the full stay.

For Monthly Customers: Cancellations for long term moorage must be made by the 25th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month. Cancellation returns the assigned dock space to circulation and cannot be guaranteed in the future.
Dock Use
Docks may only be accessed by registered tenants. No unregistered use or dinghy tie up is allowed.

All docks must be kept free of personal items, including but not limited to: crab pots, ladders, boat stairs.

Dock gates must be kept closed. If you are loading passengers or belongings please remember to close the gate after you are finished.
Gate Codes
Gate codes are issued to all marina tenants. The codes to the main gate are unique to each tenant and should not be shared.

Please ensure that dock gates are closed behind you. Do not share the dock gate codes.
Dogs In The Marina
All pets MUST be on a leash at all times while in the marina. There are no exceptions. This includes on the docks, in the parking area, and at the kayak launch beach. A single warning will be issued, and any further failure to restrain an animal may result in loss of moorage or other marina privileges.
